Who Was Lewis Carroll?

The movie is based on Lewis Carroll’s book, ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’, which was published in 1865. Lewis Carroll was born in England on January 27, 1832; he was a mathematician and writer in the 1800s. He wrote the sequel ‘Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found there’ in 1871 and also wrote nonsense poetry.

His most famous poem to this day is ‘Jabberwocky’. You can find free teacher resources HERE.
