Boost staff morale and spread the love, by bringing positivity to your school with a ‘Staff Shout-Out’ board! So often, teachers get caught up in the manic pace of school life and get sucked in by surrounding negativity. This is incredibly easy to happen to anyone, especially when they feel tired and unmotivated. This shout-out idea isn’t mine of course, it’s all over the internet, and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.  I’m hoping it will help keep people focused on the positive things that are going on every day, which unfortunately tend to fall ever so easily under the radar.

 

This board acts as a place for staff to give a shout-out to anyone who has helped them out or done something positive for the school. In my opinion, recognition of anyone’s hard work and positive attitude contributes to a positive and loving staff community.

Here is my take on a ‘Shout-Out’ board for this year! I can’t wait to get started and help spread the love! ❤ ❤
