Getting to know your kids, what a great way to start the new academic year, and them getting to know you of course! This worksheet hopes to aid the getting to know your kiddies part and allows them to share with you something about themselves that they think is important. It is suitable for Key Stage 2.
Get this worksheet by clicking on the image below and use it at the beginning of the year. A lesson introduction idea, would be mottos, what are they, do they have any, and introduce them to your mottos.
Some of mine are:
– Everything happens for a reason.
– If it didn’t happen then it didn’t for a good reason.
– If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again.
The plenary could be getting the children to read out two of their favourite sections to share with their peers.
